Consultancy Objective (max 300 words):
The overall objective of this assignment is to support SOGE in developing a robust accounting system—covering policies, processes, data migration, and software upgrades—that meets business requirements and prepares the company for an external audit of the upcoming financial year. Three main activities for this assignment are as follow:
- Activity 1: Analysis and Recommendation of Accounting Software & Policy Update
- Activity 2: Implementation Support – System Processes and Data Migration
- Activity 3: Training and Capacity Building for SOGE Finance Team

Expected activities:
The Accounting System Upgrade and Training shall be completed within 6 months from contract signing.
A detailed work plan with specific milestones and timelines will be developed by the selected consultant with approval from SOGE and SNV DFCD.
Selection Criteria:
Interested consultants/firms are required to submit a technical and financial proposal, including a detailed budget, demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience.
