This position for Visa section

Duties
  • Correspond and provide accurate information regarding Visa and consular service
  • Review, assess and undertake verification checks of Visa applications and following up with applicants regarding missing documents.
  • Provides interpretation and translation services as needed, including assistance during visa interviews.
  • Receiving and report incidents involving Korean citizens
  • Support and assist with consular matters or incidents
  • Coordinate with all related government sections
  • Organize and assist cultural event
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Consulate
Requirements
  • Qualification Requirement:
  • The successful candidate must have 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Cambodian nationality only
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Eexcellent command of English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to handle personal issues/information and deal with staff and clients in a friendly and sensitive manner.
  • Good problem-solving skills, sound judgement, common sense and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office is required
  • Additional Requirement
  • TOPIK II (From level 4 is a plus)
  • Valid Criminal Certificate (It is a plus)
  • Driving License
