Role Purpose
The purpose of this position is to manage all construction/renovation projects supported by Generating Resilient Environments and Promoting Socio-Economic Development of the East Tonle Sap Lake (GREEN) project taking place in Kampong Chhnang, Pursat and Kampong Thom provinces.
The post holder is responsible for technical designs/drawings of construction/renovation of school buildings/ facilities, verification of sites selected, development of Specifications and Bills of Quantity, budgeting, and quality control to construction/renovation projects in compliance with Save the Children’s, government’s and donor’s construction standards, including child safe guarding, child-friendliness, gender, disability, environment, safety and protection, Disaster Risk Reduction.
The consultancy period: 2.5 months with a possibility of extension
