Compliance Advisor
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- New factory onboarding pre-visit and follow up the compliance audit
- Existing factory pre-visit and follow up the compliance audit
- New factory onboarding pre-visit and follow up the C-TPAT audit
- C-TPAT pre-visit for consulting factory of validation preparation
- Conducts onsite investigation
- Follow up the incident improvement progress and update on the incident
- Conducts unannounced spot-check
- Conducts quarterly compliance awareness training for factories
- Educate and train factories on Compliance Standards and requirement
- Provide compliance advice and support to internal and external customers
- Have good understanding of Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law with due respect to Health & Safety, Environmental Management System, C-TPAT, Human Resource Management System, SA 8000, etc.
- Have good facilitation skill and audit skill
- Basic English comprehensive is preferred as well as knowledge of computer literate in MS Office is required, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skill and hardworking and self-motivated person is also required.
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Capacity Building, Consulting and auditing for social compliance.
- Have Bachelor/Associate Degree in Legal/Business Studies/Social Science
