The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national(s) qualified applicant to the position Community Facilitator CF based in Steung Treng province with the Uniting Towards Gender Equality for enjoyment of women’s and girls’ Total Health and Rights (TOGETHER) project.
TOGETHER is a multi-sectoral project which aims to increase the enjoyment of health-related rights for the most vulnerable children, adolescent girls and boys, and women and men in Cambodia, Kenya, the Philippines and Uganda., especially those with intersecting vulnerabilities in indigenous, remote or resettlement settings. The project is empowering individuals and communities to advocate for better sexual and reproductive health services and policies and educating and encouraging young people to engage with their communities and their governments to make their voices heard. The project seeks the Community Facilitator, to working closely with community partners.

Major responsibilities include:
Provide training on ColMEAL process/approach to Community Management Committee (CMC) and Community Monitoring Evaluation for Learning Committee (CMELC).
Organize community awareness on SRHR/GBV and Nutrition in the event of Shopping Booth, Night Show, Traditional Contest and other campaigns as needed. Facilitate to have community groups visit the Counselling Centre (Help Center).
Provide the regular coaching to CWCC, VHSG and youth Champion leader for the regular session facilitation as well as the door-to-door education.
Prepare activity reports, training reports and a regular session report and submit to supervisor for review.
Distribute IEC materials to target communities. Prepare the community partner’s stipend/allowance. Process the advance requests for any training, monthly stipend/allowance and provide the timely clearance with Field Office Finance Assistant.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
More than 3 years’ experience working on rural community development, participation and community led initiative approach.
At least finish high school
Good communication and ability to work with all levels of management and partners.
Good command of Computer skills in Word and Excel
Good command of English language preferred (both speaking and writing)
Interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to live in remote community and travel by motorbike
