Community Development Officer
- The responsibilities for the position include:
- Community Development Officer are responsible for working in the community to implement the Community Based Rehabilitation programme. They are also responsible for contributing toward innovative ways to improve service delivery and ways to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. They are required to work within a quality management system and at all times adhere to stated policies and works instructions.
- As required, be a team member to conduct the community survey, holding community meetings, making client referrals and arranging transport for clients to attend the Centres
- Identifies and supports children with disabilities to mainstream schools, advocating with teachers and Client’s families and where required assists schools to improve physical access for children
- Is able to work with the community to develop Self Help Groups.
- Works with other Organisations/Government and as required refers people with disabilities to organisations for ongoing assistance
- Conducts disability rights programmes and at all times advocates for people with disabilities and their families
- Refers person with disability to vocational training programmes and undertakes follow-up following training
- Works with employers to assists people to find employment and other skills training opportunities
- Works to assist person with disability to develop small businesses
- Attends regular meetings with other organisations and assists with special days
- Management for the community tasks:
- Working in the Centres as part of the rehabilitation team that undertakes joint needs assessments with new clients, and works with clients and the rehabilitation team to develop rehabilitation and treatment plans
- Working with clinician to arrange community follow up visit for client who have miss appointment for fitting, delivery and other
- Ensure all community documents is complete with quality record and keep it in order
- Responsible to do data entry for all community activities
- Education to Baccalaureate or other equivalent diploma
- Has computer skills
- Good written and spoken English

Administrator Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics
The DPO Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the teaching curriculum and for supporting the Manager in the daily tasks required to manage the DPO.
- Day to day supervision of management/administration of the school:
- Support the Manager in the day to day administration of the school in accordance with the ISPO accredited curriculum, syllabus and targets.
- Day to day maintenance/supervision of existing management systems staff meetings and reporting requirements from all staff.
- Responsible for day to day management and welfare of DPO staff and students (including annual leave).
- Provide written financial and statistical information to the Manager as required.
- Facilitate ISPO examination procedure.
- Co-ordinate DPO student selection procedure.
- Advice and co-ordinate with Exceed clinic staff in the development of Exceed as a teaching clinic.
- Co-ordinate DPO purchases orders.
- Take part in teaching activities as required.
- Oversee day to day administrative activities at DPO.
- Coordinate the external lecturers teaching at DPO.
- Management/Administration:
- Advise, support and counterpart the Exceed/ DPO staff.
- Participate in student associating meeting.
- Ensure implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Exceed Staff Policies.
- Participate in the induction & orientation of senior Exceed/DPO staff.
- Co-ordinate the induction & orientation of DPO staff.
- Co-ordinate the induction & orientation of DPO students.
- Supervise issues of student welfare, health/safety and accommodation.
- In consultation with the Manager, teaching and workshop staff provide updated information on students to the BoS including student results and “students at risk”.
- Purchasing air ticket for the foreigner staff and students
- Arrange VISA and extend for foreigner staff and students
- Arrange the clients to come for student’s practice
- Arrange the payment for client who come for student’s practice
- Education to Baccalaureate of Administrator or other equivalent diploma

Receptionist
- Welcomes to all clients/patients, families and visitors up on their arrival at the center
- Registers all client/patients and enter relevant information into database
- Maintains all client/patient record and present records as required
- Manages sale of Exceed’s merchandise and issue receipts for cash donations
- Operates telephone switchboard
- Data entry of client for statistic
- Records all visitors in the visitor book
- Manages petty cash and make payment for food and travel to client/patient
- Education to high school level or other equivalent diploma
- Has basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Access
