Community Based Eco-Tourism (CBET) Credit Fund Facilitator
This position based at Chhay Areng
- Working closely with the CBET Project Manager as well as service providers on planning and reporting
- Building and maintaining good relationship with community participants and leaders (Local authority, CBET Committee)
- Conducting regular home visits to monitor and coach Savings group leaders in filling out their Savings Books.
- Developing change in the behavior and living conditions of vulnerable people in the community
- Facilitating formation and capacity building of new and existing Community Saving Credit fund Group
- Working together with the CA-CBET staff and service group leaders to develop annual, quarterly and monthly work plans in support of the CBET Product Development
- Collecting information needed for future planning and reporting
- Promoting conservation values throughout the CBET process and activities
- Assisting in participatory CBET planning, implementing and monitoring of Community-Based Eco-Tourism project through APPA
- Performing other related tasks requested by the CBET Project Manager from time to time.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Good organizational and facilitation skills
- Team building and motivational skills
- Flexible, open minded and creative
- At least 1-year experience in working with the poor community
- Experience in community savings and loan program
- Knowledge of computer programs like word & excel
- Can work under pressure and difficult environment
- Be able to work based in Areng, Koh Kong Province
