Communications and Digital Manager

We are hiring one person to own all digital communications, content production, and design output across three connected brands in Kep:
- Knai Bang Chatt — heritage boutique resort
- Kep West / The Wave — contemporary coastal destination
- Art for Kep — non-profit cultural association, artist residency, and SEA Ocean Gallery
You will run our social media, websites, newsletters, and printed collateral and you will create the photos, videos, interviews, and short films that make these brands come alive. You report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Social Media: IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube — all 3 brands, daily posting & community management
- Content Production: Photography, short & long-form video, editing, artist interviews, drone usage
- Websites: Weekly content updates, SEO basics, page speed, multilingual sync
- Newsletters: 1 per month, segmented lists, welcome sequences, GDPR compliant
- Print & Design: Menus, flyers, in-house collateral, press kits, branded templates
- PR & Events

Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Work History:
- Social media, content, or digital marketing — ideally hospitality, art, or lifestyle for 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Photography and video shooting with a mirrorless camera and smartphone
- Video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
- Graphic design: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva Pro
- WordPress (or equivalent CMS) editing, with image optimization and SEO basics
- Email marketing: Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot
- Project management: Notion, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Drone piloting (with license)
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- HTML/CSS for small website tweaks
Soft Skills
- Comfortable working independently and shipping daily
