Communication Officer to support our communication and business information initiatives. In addition to financial compensation, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with key stakeholders and assist in managing our programs.
- General Responsibilities
- Provide overall management of communication and social media of YEAC
- Build and promote communication and branding of YEAC
- Supervise design and maintenance of the Website, APP and social medias
- Facilitate the use of videoconferencing facilities to ensure the program run smoothly virtual, hybrid and physical arrangement
- Key Responsibility:
- Providing overall management of YEAC's communication, social media, and branding.
- Coordinating and managing publication activities, including content creation, design, and publishing.
- Leading the development, design, and maintenance of the YEAC website and app, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Designing various communication materials, such as web pages, brochures, logos, annual reports, and other print and digital assets, in line with organizational guidelines.
- Promoting YEAC's brand through regular media engagement and providing newsworthy information to the public and relevant stakeholders.
- Managing social media channels and pages, and implementing multi-media solutions in communication strategies.
- Facilitating the use of videoconferencing facilities for virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Assisting with planning, organizing, and budgeting for communication and branding activities.
- Producing and distributing promotional materials on various media platforms (online and offline) and monitoring public responses.
- Assisting in public communications, including engagement with sponsors and partners.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Director to support the
- Association's overall objectives.
- Hold A degree in Communication, Media/Productions, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Premier.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Having at least one-year experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Able to communicate in English (both writing and speaking).
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Active and passionate in social work.
- Highly committed and honest.
