We are looking for a creative Communication & Media Specialist to join our team in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will research new updates in autism and child development, turn those topics into engaging videos and posts, and keep parents informed across our social media channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research Topics & News: Search for new updates, research, and helpful trends about autism and early child development.
- Plan Simple Content: Turn news and developmental tips into easy-to-understand content ideas for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Make Short Videos: Write simple scripts, film clips, and edit short videos that explain child development and autism topics to parents.
- Create Social Media Posts: Design clear pictures (using Canva) and write helpful captions in both Khmer and English.
- Post & Connect: Share content regularly, answer messages from parents, and track which topics parents care about most.

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in media, communication, or content creation
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong research skills to find reliable news and information on autism and child development.
- Ability to take complex information and make it simple, clear, and easy for parents to understand.
- Skill in using basic video editing tools (like CapCut) and graphic design software (like Canva).
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Soft Skills
- Passionate about special education, child development, and helping families.
- Self-motivated and capable of researching news and topics independently.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will work closely with children to support daily learning, facilitate engaging activities, and foster a positive, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist with the preparation, implementation, and management of daily classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Instructional Assistance: Work directly with small groups or individual students to reinforce lessons, provide extra guidance, and help them grasp key learning concepts.
- Environment Management: Help maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and well-organized classroom environment suitable for student learning and development.
