Department – Integrated Logistics (IL)

Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)
Job Purpose:
- Plan and implement sales, marketing and product development initiatives that are targeted toward project cargo owners & oilfield related customers
- Generate a credible sales pipeline of business leading to sustainable revenues
- Build and lead a team of people who are responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline and sustainable revenues

- Implementing, in conjunction with both local & Group management, the logistics sales & marketing plan in Cambodia
- Identifying potential customers in the project cargo & oilfield sectors
- Maintaining & developing relationships with key accounts for project cargo & oilfield products
- Making presentations to customers
- Preparing & submitting commercial proposals & bids to customers
- Negotiating contractual terms & conditions with customers and resolve payment, claim or any dispute with customers
- Aggressively developing a customer-service culture throughout the logistics team
- Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the sales team
- Preparing reports for the senior management to review
- Watching & reacting to market/customer trends
- Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue, etc
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply chain or related subject.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Comprehension of Mandarin language is an added advantage
- Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team
