Position Summary

REPORT TO : Clusters Sales and Marketing Manager

FUNCTION : Sales / Marketing, Business Administration

SALARY : Competitive

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Clusters Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for each cluster project based on target customer segments.
  • Align marketing activities with sales goals to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Digital Marketing & Page Management
  • Manage Smiling Gecko’s business digital platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content (captions, photos, videos, reels, stories).
  • Track engagement performance and optimize content based on insights.
  • Engage with online audiences, respond to comments/messages, and support customer inquiries.
  • Content Creation
  • Create compelling marketing content for all Smiling Gecko Cambodia product lines.
  • Coordinate product shooting, editing, and storytelling to showcase brand values and product quality.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Product Marketing & Marketing Materials
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, menus, catalogues, POSM, and promotional visual assets.
  • Prepare product descriptions, benefits, and key marketing messages.
  • Support new product launches with integrated marketing communication.
  • Offline Activation & Cluster Promotions
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities such as sampling, in-store promotions, pop-up booths, and partner activations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support customer and partner promotions within clusters.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility through signage, displays, and merchandising materials.
  • Brand Awareness & Engagement
  • Strengthen brand identity and visibility across targeted clusters.
  • Maintain consistent messaging aligned with Smiling Gecko brand guidelines and ESG values.
  • Support partnerships and collaborations that enhance customer reach and market presence.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, including digital analytics and campaign results.
  • Monitor competitor activities, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Track ROI of cluster marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing activities.
  • Provide marketing tools and materials to support the field sales team.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (printing, media) as needed.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food products (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Strong content creation and social media management skills.
  • Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s retail is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus.
Soft Skills

Position Summary

REPORT TO : Clusters Sales and Marketing Manager

FUNCTION : Sales / Marketing, Business Administration

SALARY : Competitive

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales Coordination & Order Management
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with production teams (Aquaculture, Chicken, Horticulture, Butchery, Bakery and Manufacturing) on order availability and delivery timelines
  • Follow up on order status and ensure on-time delivery
  • Update and maintain the order tracking system
  • Customer Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and product availability
  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships
  • Handle basic complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Payment update and collection.
  • Payment Follow-up & Coordination
  • Track customer payments and maintain updated payment records
  • Follow up with customers on pending and overdue payments
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to confirm payment receipts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support collection processes to ensure timely cash flow
  • Internal Communication
  • Bridge communication between Sales and Production teams to avoid delays or misalignment
  • Ensure all departments are aligned on order quantity, specifications, and deadlines
  • Support coordination for urgent or last-minute orders
  • Sales Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Track sales performance by product category and client
  • Maintain accurate customer database and sales records
  • Support forecasting by providing data insights
  • Documentation & Administration
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and contracts
  • Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and updated
  • Assist in contract and pricing documentation
  • Support Sales & Marketing Activities
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings or events
