Clinical Operations Manager
Job Summary
A Singapore-managed specialist medical centre in downtown centre district of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is dedicated to providing top quality care to patients of all ages. We currently have an opening for a talented and driven Clinical Operations Manager who will be reporting to the Deputy Medical Director/ CEO on daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and corporate goals are achieved.
The successful candidate will participate in personnel matters, general administration, and business planning for the medical centre and its related commercial activities.

Working Hour
- Monday – Friday (7:30am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm – 5:00pm)
- Saturday (Haft day) (7:30am – 12:00pm)
- Manage day to day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans from the planning process against the strategic vision for the company
- Write, develop and implement policy/protocols/SOP with Deputy Medical Director and CEO
- Manage business improvement processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations
- Displays leadership and investigational/critical thinking skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
- Exhibits the ability to coordinate, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously for various departments and divisions.
- Must work independently with a high level of organization and productivity.
- Must thrive in an intense, dynamic environment by anticipating the needs of the practice to ensure clinical/practice objectives are met.
- Must demonstrate the highest level of customer service and display a positive attitude. Manage the receptionists and continuous monitor their customer service standards.
- Manage procurement processes along with vendor and supplier relationships
- Support IT and electronic medical record system.
- Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, milestones and accomplishments
- Author, manage, and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to manage risks, incidents and issues.
- Improve team communication and collaboration
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or MBA
- At least 3 years of clinical management and operations experience preferred
- Experience in new start-up in the healthcare or hospitality industries would be ideal
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations
- Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information
- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in both English and Khmer
- Strong in computer skills and in Microsoft Office
Medical Service Officer
Job Summary
We currently have an opening for an experienced and compassionate Medical Service Officer to join our growing healthcare office. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience in clinical customer service and have medical or clinical knowledge.

Working Hour
- Monday – Friday (7:30am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm – 5:00pm)
- Saturday (Haft day) (7:30am – 12:00pm)
- Support Parkway Office enquiries through phone, messages, social media and emails.
- Organise Parkway Office events and activities.
- Provide patient assistance for air evac cases.
- Coordinate, arrange and manage patient appointments with Parkway Hospital Singapore.
- Coordinate with doctors on evaluation of patients and provision of appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries
- Manage and organise patient application and process to travel to Parkway Singapore for medical services.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, reports and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for Parkway Office
- Support Medical Team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Assist Medical Team in patient management
- Assist the Medical Team in identifying and resolving workplace issues
- University Graduation certification required
- Previous work experience in clinical or hospital environment is preferred
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Strong communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
- Well trained in Microsoft Office
- Active and familiar in social marketing platforms
