REPORT TO: Technical Coordinator
WORKING DAY: 5days per week = 37.5 hours/weeks including Saturday or Sunday. However, s/he will be flexible to work following scheduling shifts.
She/he works under supervision and directs reports to a Technical Coordinator (ultrasound & technical support) with the support of clinic manager. She/he provides general support for the healthcare team by gathering patients’ medical history, taking and recording vital signs into the system. She/he is responsible for lab samples collection and sends them to the partner laboratory for testing. Then, recording results into the system for provider diagnose/treatment purposes. She/he She/he keeps monitoring the status of patients in recovery room and reports them to the providers before discharge and provide vaccination under prescription of provider.

- Work experience in providing healthcare in clinics or hospitals for 2 years as a minimum
- Has Nurse Council Certificate or Midwife Council Certificate
- Medical ethic knowledgeable

- Good English and fluent Khmer both writing and speaking

The Cashier works under supervision and directs reports to the Admin Officer with the support of Clinic Support Coordinator and Clinic Manager.
The Cashier will make use of technical and financial skills to track and manage patient cash flows, credit, and insurance payments, while also assisting reception staff with patient booking and in-clinic coordination.

The Receptionist works under supervision and directs reports to the Admin Officer with the support of Clinic Support Coordinator. The day-to-day work of Receptionist will largely balance administrative responsibilities with customer services. Typically, the Receptionist work involves greeting patients, entering data of client’s registration, answering phones, arranging appointments and doing clerical work such as filing or correspondence. The receptionist makes sure all clients first in first serve, taking info and register in system accurately and timely, answer incoming calls and check patient’s appointment for scheduling arrange with provider, and supports daily administrative tasks as required.
