Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Contract: 12 months, opportunity to renew
Hours: 45 hours per week
Location: BKK1, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and committed Clinic Manager.
- Organize the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Implement VSL policies as outlined in the Clinic Charter
- Optimizing processes, ensure profitability, and growth
- Assist with managing pet import/exports
- Client complaint management
- Staff management, including reviews, and hiring
- Payroll management
- Solve problems independently
- Regularly report to higher management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable management role
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address needs autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all tasks
- Demonstrates a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Solution-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
- Eager to learn
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Khmer an advantage
- Proven leadership capabilities, including effective delegation and team management
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
- Passionate about animal welfare
