Position Purpose
The Client Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front-line customer service team and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience for all prospective and current clients. This role focuses on driving enrollment, managing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating closely with the academic team to ensure the smooth operation of the learning center.
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, train, and mentor the client service and reception staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Manage staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and conduct regular performance reviews for the client service team.
- Foster a positive, customer-centric team culture that aligns with the organization’s values and goals.
- Customer Experience & Enrollment
- Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring accurate registration, placement testing coordination, and onboarding of new learners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries, escalated complaints, and feedback from learners or their parents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Drive retention and re-enrollment efforts by building strong relationships with clients and communicating course benefits effectively.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming, organized, and adequately supplied with promotional and informational materials.
- Administration & Operations
- Maintain and update accurate learner databases, attendance records, and payment systems.
- Oversee cash handling, invoicing, and receipting processes, ensuring compliance with the organization's financial policies.
- Coordinate with the academic department regarding class schedules, room allocations, and teacher availability.
- Assist in organizing open days, promotional events, and other center activities to attract new learners.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Track and prepare regular reports on enrollment figures, inquiry conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure all client service activities and data handling comply with organizational policies and privacy standards.

- Customer service, sales, or front-desk operations for 3 years as a minimum
- Supervisory or team lead role for 1 year is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using CRM or student management systems.
- Proven experience in handling customer escalations, sales conversions, and basic financial transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Position Purpose
The Teacher of English is responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and facilitating student progress. This role involves planning and executing effective lessons, assessing student performance, and providing meaningful feedback to help learners achieve their language goals in alignment with institutional standards.
- Instructional Delivery
- Deliver dynamic and effective English language lessons across various levels and course types (e.g., Junior English Programme [JEP], Advanced Young Learners Programme [AYL], General English Programme [GEP], and Certificate Courses in Academic English).
- Lesson Planning & Preparation
- Design and implement detailed lesson plans that align with the approved curriculum, learning objectives, and student needs.
- Prepare and adapt high-quality teaching materials and resources to enhance student engagement.
- Assessment & Student Progress
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, including progress tests and final exams.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to students regarding their performance and areas for improvement.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in standardized test preparation (e.g., LANGUAGECERT, IELTS, TOEFL).

This role focuses on conceptualizing and creating compelling graphics for digital and print media, conducting dynamic photo and video shoots, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and support enrollment campaigns for the learning center.
- Visual Design & Content Creation
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and event materials.
- Prepare and edit photos and videos for various platforms.
- Photography & Videography
- Plan, execute, and direct on-site video and photo shoots to capture engaging content for marketing and promotional use.
- Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure high-quality multimedia production.
