Chinese Speaking - Project Sales Engineer (2 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Age: 27 ~ 35
Location: Phnom Penh, able to traveling to province
Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, ICCC…
- Manage customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Prepare, negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
- Be responsible for the assigned Projects.
- Prepares Proposal drawing bases on Sales information and customer’s requirements then send to Engineering Head office to get quotation-estimate.
- Updates Proposal drawing and Project information form when having changes from customers or/ and Sales engineer/manager
- After get Letter of Intent from Sales engineer, Pass information (Proposal drawing and Project information) to head office at Vietnam to get detail drawing with committed schedule from customer or sale engineer.
- To perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering…
Work History:
- Experience in Sales of Projects or Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge about sale and marketing is advantage
Soft Skills
- Fast leaner, good in communication.
- Good English in speaking and writing. Could Speak Chinese is more advantage
