Working Hours
Full-time: Monday to Saturday
- Morning: 6:30 – 11:00
- Afternoon: 1:00 – 4:30
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of children and families, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Support to House Parents: Provide ongoing guidance and support to house parents in residential group homes.
- Reintegration Planning: Develop and implement reintegration plans for children when appropriate.
- Family Assessment and Support: Assess families with at-risk children and provide appropriate support.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with external and specialized services for children and families.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain effective working relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Professional Practice: Adhere to organizational policies, codes of conduct, ethical social work standards, child protection principles, and confidentiality requirements.
- Team Participation: Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and individual or group support sessions.
- Project Development: Contribute to project planning and the development of social work tools and resources.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation processes, including regular reporting and feedback.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including budgeting, to ensure program sustainability.
- Outreach and Networking: Conduct outreach activities to engage new clients and partners.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity Building: Support team members through mentorship, supervision, and training opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field is preferred
