Chief Operations Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SPS, will be responsible for the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the objectives of the academic department within Sovannaphumi School (SPS) and its assigned campus are met, while also providing strategic leadership across key functions such as administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To develop, refine and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, tools (SOP) to support the implementation (monitoring and evaluation) of school operations
  • To implement school’s operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • To oversee customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction
  • To develop and support SP to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs
  • To ensure HR operations at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies
  • To oversee the financial operations to ensure effective & efficiency expenditures and turnover with timely and accuracy reports
  • To manage school’s assets, logistics, inventory, office supplies, office utility, facilities, stationery, to be kept and accurate
  • To monitor maintenance, renovation and housekeeping to be improved and updated
  • To oversee the services of health/safety and security, environment to be safe, hygiene, cleanliness
  • To oversee and keep update on the advertisement, promotion and networking to promote value added services to the public
  • To oversee the social events, conduct the event contest and to promote value added service to the public

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in education or related fields;
Experience:
  • At least experiences in school management for 6 years

Chief Marketing Officer

Position Summary

Chief Marketing Officer: shall develop and implement marketing strategies and manage all marketing operations and activities for NTC Group’s headquarter and its assigned subsidiaries/campus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To develop market strategy for new services/products launch and lead in developing marketing strategies and plans to promote value added services to the publics
  • To plan, organize, implement, and control on effective marketing activities, promotion activities and materials for proper implementation;
  • To develop marketing plan to generate new demand for NTC GROUP’s products and services
  • To run market research, client analysis, feasibility, and competitor analyst to grow NTC Group’s products/services as market demand
  • To create marketing campaign and execute marketing strategic orientation to ensure using all existing and innovative channels to reach our audience
  • To develop, maintain, and implement a strategic marketing campaign for NTC GROUP’s corporate image, products and services
  • To lead in organizing awareness raising activities in term of communication with key stakeholders to initiate awareness raising activities to promote NTC Group to the public
  • To manage in developing company profile, leaflet, brochure, calendar, booklet, documentaries and other promotional materials to ensure the marketing materials meet the NTC Group’s required standard
  • To act as a social media administrator by publishing relevant articles and posts on our channel such as Facebook and LinkedIn, SEO ranking to make it more attractive and comprehensive in the public
  • To lead in developing media strategies and coordinate with other media agencies such as TV, Radio and Newspaper to promote NTC Group to the public; and to ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.

Experience:

School Principal

Position Summary

School Principal shall implement academic program and manage school operations strategies to meet business objectives of NTC Group and its campus

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and evaluate school curriculum, materials and teaching procedures, guidelines more effectively
  • To drive academic program, Policies, procedures and strategies to ensure the quality excellences of schools’ Academic.
  • To manage, observe and assessment for teachers’ teaching to improve and strengthen teaching quality.
  • To manage, Observe and assessment for students’ learning to improve and strengthen learning quality.
  • To initiate classroom environment to support the concepts and environment of teaching and learning
  • To manage teachers’ schedule to align with school operation and academic program.
  • To manage academic professional training and provide capacity building to the teachers and staffs
  • To implement schools’ daily operation such as customer services, baby sitter, cook and canteen, school bus and promotion activities to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources by the requirements of policies, procedures, guidelines, tools(SOP)
  • To support HRD to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs.
  • To ensure HR operation at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, Orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies.

Public Relation Manager

Position Summary

Public Relation Manager: shall strengthen mutual partnership between NTC Group and both local and international institutions to ensure the right partners with educational benefits for the students of NTC Group.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate, initiate and promote on-going social activities for NTC students through strong cooperation with both local and international institutions.
  • To promote and facilitate mutual partnership between NTC Group and local and international institutions by actively working on relevant areas established by the institutions.
  • To identify and facilitate with any concerned institutions for student exchange program to ensure the hospitable arrangements.
  • To ensure safety and security of students’ travelling abroad and to provide various trainings for students, such as Khmer culture so that they can share it with international students.
  • To ensure the hospitable arrangements of school visits from any concerned institutions and to facilitate international school visits for the NTC management team
  • To ensure that students who have graduated from NTC schools can be reached easily.
  • To coordinate the NTC alumni program to ensure that the graduates from NTC schools can be reached effortlessly
