The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SPS, will be responsible for the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the objectives of the academic department within Sovannaphumi School (SPS) and its assigned campus are met, while also providing strategic leadership across key functions such as administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and more.

- To develop, refine and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, tools (SOP) to support the implementation (monitoring and evaluation) of school operations
- To implement school’s operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- To oversee customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction
- To develop and support SP to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs
- To ensure HR operations at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies
- To oversee the financial operations to ensure effective & efficiency expenditures and turnover with timely and accuracy reports
- To manage school’s assets, logistics, inventory, office supplies, office utility, facilities, stationery, to be kept and accurate
- To monitor maintenance, renovation and housekeeping to be improved and updated
- To oversee the services of health/safety and security, environment to be safe, hygiene, cleanliness
- To oversee and keep update on the advertisement, promotion and networking to promote value added services to the public
- To oversee the social events, conduct the event contest and to promote value added service to the public

- To plan, organize, implement, and control on effective marketing activities, promotion activities and materials for proper implementation;

- To run market research, client analysis, feasibility, and competitor analyst to grow NTC Group’s products/services as market demand

- To lead in developing media strategies and coordinate with other media agencies such as TV, Radio and Newspaper to promote NTC Group to the public; and to ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.
