Chef
The Chef is overseeing kitchen staff, cooking & tasting dishes before going to customers and restocking food produce as needed. The main responsibility of a chef is to create appetizing dishes for diners to enjoy.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in a pleasing way
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials
- Maintain standard portions and quality of dishes
- Oversee food preparation, assist cooking and checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
- Monitor equipment quality and place orders
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Check regularly inventory of the food products and avoid product spoilage from the kitchen
- Keep a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practice in the kitchen
- At least 2-4 years’ experience working as a Chef in restaurants, kitchens
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel..)
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes development
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Excellent time management abilities
- Able to work in flexible timing
- Honest and a hard-working person
Restaurant Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew
- To ensure and assist team to run operations smoothly with enough equipment and people to work
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service and train staff so do the same
- To maintain high quality food standards
- Develop strategies for improving our customer’s dining experience, and share the restaurant history
- A few years of work experience in food service management or other related field
- Display a positive attitude and provide a top-quality experience to all our guests
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and problem-solving

Service Staff
Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-taking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. Great team player and able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Greet and escort customers to their table
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendation upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drink orders and bring them to correct table
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Flexible with the needs of customers
