- Location: Pizza 4P’s 313 Quayside (PSQ)
- Carry out cheese production processes in line with standard procedures (ingredient preparation, mixing, fermenting, pressing, cutting, packaging, etc.).
- Operate, monitor, and clean cheese production machinery and equipment.
- Check and ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products (smell, taste, moisture, appearance, etc.).
- Maintain food safety and comply with workplace safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- Hardworking and reliable, with good attendance.
- Team player who collaborates well with others.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality work.
- Physically fit and adaptable to standing/production tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Safety-conscious, following hygiene and workplace safety rules.
- Able to speak and understand English well both written and conversational
- Be able to go to Vietnam for training for 2-3 Months
