Channel Account Manager

Position Summary

Job Summary:

We, on behalf of our international client, are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager responsible for channel distributions in partnering with potential distributors, resellers to increase market share and partnership.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop local customers and expand distribution channels.
  • Maintain customer relationships to increase the market share and customer base.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand the market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize coverage and reach within the designated territory.
  • Maintain and deepen customer relationships: Build long-term relationships with channel partners to increase market share and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Provide channel support and training: Assist channel partners with product knowledge, sales enablement, and marketing resources.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis: Gather market intelligence and track industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to refine channel strategies.
  • Manage contract negotiations and agreements: Ensure favorable terms and maintain accountability across channel partnerships.
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
  • At least two years’ experience in related industries, familiar with CCTV brands or IT customers
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English or Chinese.
 
 

Supplier Quality Engineer - Lamps

Position Summary

Job Summary:

We, on behalf of our international client, are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in Table and Floor Lamps to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through effective supplier management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining robust inspection and quality control processes, with a focus on both English and Mandarin proficiency to communicate effectively with our global supply chain partners.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Quality Control Processes:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective inspection and quality control processes for table and floor lamps.
  • Define and communicate quality requirements to suppliers and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Inspection Protocols:
  • Implement inspection protocols for incoming materials, components, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits at supplier facilities to monitor and verify compliance.
  • Sample inspection for new development product, complete inspection report, and internal testing as required.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bilingual Communication:
  • Effectively communicate quality requirements and feedback with suppliers.
  • Translate technical documents and specifications as needed to facilitate clear communication.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • College diploma degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Quality area.
  • Proficiency in Oral Mandarin, and English written skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance monitoring.
 
 

Business Development Trainee

Position Summary

Salary Range : Monthly allowance is provided to the trainnee

Job Summary:

We are seeking potential candidates for our internal team as Business Development Trainee with a period of 06 months. The successful candidate will gain practical skills in B2B client relationship management, effective communication, negotiation and professional training on a globally recognized HR Management System (HRMS).

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and contacting potential business clients through cold calling, online research, and site visits.
  • Support in evaluating client needs and presenting tailored solutions using the company’s products and services.
  • Participate in preparing and delivering sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Shadow and support sales executives in business negotiations, bidding processes, and contract finalization.
  • Help maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and progress reports using the ERP system.
  • Assist in building long-term relationships with existing clients by providing follow-up support and information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales consultants and customer service staff to move deals forward.
  • Contribute to developing sales plans and support in tracking progress against sales targets

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Year-4 students or fresh graduates in Business Management or related fields
  • Fluent in English and another Asian language is advantageous

HRMS Project Trainee

Position Summary

Salary Range : Monthly allowance is provided to the trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking potential candidates for our internal team as HRMS Project Trainee with a period of 06 months. The successful candidate will gain practical experience and professional training on a globally recognized HR Management System (HRMS).

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare kick-off slides and project schedules based on client’s requirements
  • Prepare business requirement templates and requirements sign off form
  • Review employee data conversion and leave data history
  • Prepare employee and approve training slides
  • Partially Install system based on requirement specification
  • Employee data and leave history data migration
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Year-4 students or fresh graduates in Software, IT, Computer Science or related fields
  • Fluent in English and another Asian language is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable with the willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the project team
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
