Duties
  • To Provide administration and secretarial support in order for operation for CEO/Chairman.
  • To Schedule and attend the appointments, depositions, meetings, hearings, press conference teleconferences, travel.… etc. and keep appointment calendar for CEO/Chairman.
  • To Perform clerical duties for non-legal departments as needed.
  • To Research and support and coordinate CEO/Chairman’s Business plan.
  • To Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • To Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • To Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • To Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • To Prepares reports by collecting information.
  • To Keeps equipment operational by following manufacture instructions and established procedures.
  • To Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • To Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • To upholding the legal requirements of governing document, charity law, company law etc.
  • To Receiving agenda items from committee member.
  • To Conducting weekly/monthly report to CEO/Chairman.
  • To Performs other tasks delegated by CEO/Chairman.
Requirements
  • Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organization, Typing, Verbal Communication.
  • Ensuring meeting are effectively organized.
  • Excellent ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skill: open clear, structured and straight forward.
  • Good time management and self-organized
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Result driven and pro-active.
  • Respect and value other’s opinion.
  • Qualifications and training required:
  • Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Computer and communication skills, on-the-job training often required.
  • Good at computer using such: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and act.
  • Have at least 2 years working experience as an Assistance in real estate is plus.
  • Fluent written and verbal Chinese communication skills(English is plus)

Duties
  • Meet and acquire clients and properties:
  • The assistant real estate manager schedules meetings with new clients and presents them details about the ongoing and completed projects.
  • These clients are usually individuals or corporate who want to invest in real estate.
  • The duty of the assistant real estate manager is to turn these prospects into customers.
  • Budgeting:
  • The assistant real estate manager performs budgeting for the organization.
  • He allocates the budgets to different departments and personnel and ensures that all the finances are arranged in time and utilized efficiently.
  • Supervising staff activities:
  • The assistant real estate manager supervises the activities of the staff in the marketing and sales department.
  • He reviews the daily reports regarding their visits, cold calls, sales and other tasks.
  • Develop marketing strategies:
  • The assistant real estate manager develops and implements marketing strategies for the organization.
  • He may revise the existing strategies if they are not able to enhance the brand visibility.
  • Documentation:
  • The real estate manager maintains and files various documents such as rent receipts, repair expenses, purchase receipts, and all other financial statements.
