Catering & Project Executive

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
The Catering Executive is responsible for managing and executing catering operations for Easia Travel’s MICE and private events. The role requires a hands-on approach — assisting in event setup, food service, and guest interaction — while maintaining Easia Travel’s standards of excellence and hospitality.
- Coordinate all logistics related to catering events (food, equipment, staffing, setup).
- Work closely with chefs to plan and adjust menus as needed.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and delivered according to schedule.
- Oversee venue setup, table arrangement, and service flow.
- Participate in on-site service, including:
- Assisting service staff during events.
- Welcoming and attending to guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling last-minute changes or requests efficiently.
- Ensuring the presentation of food and beverages meets company standards.
- Supporting setup perform post-event clean-up and ensure equipment is well maintained and stored.
- Support the MICE team in planning and executing full-scale events such as incentive programs.
- Ensure consistent quality of service delivery in all catering operations.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to develop new experiences

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the tourism industry at least 2 years
- Sportive and willing to work outside
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
