Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about tour: bookings, and service
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting
- Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service deliver

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Goad English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Except, Outlook, etc.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon)
