Cash Van Sales Representative (3 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit customers according to the daily Planned Journey Plan (PJP).
- Load products onto the sales van for daily sales operations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
- Increase product distribution and SKU coverage at retail outlets.
- Ensure adequate product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Check the van inventory before and after each sales trip.
- Maintain proper product merchandising and display standards.
- Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
- Maintain the sales van and all company assets in good condition.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Middle School as a minimum
Work History:
- FMCG sales or van sales for 1 to 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum education: Grade 9 or above.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, responsible, and customer service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
