Case Manager (1 Position)
A passion and willing to work with women and children who background of trauma.
A strong team player with a willingness to contribute to the well-being of the team and the project.
- Comply to standards and model of the best practice of case management.
- Maintain the case records of the clients and document in clients’ files in a timely manner and to ensure that case files are up-to date.
- Communication and development.
- Meet regularly with Case Management Team/PC for supervision.
- Work with clients in creating business plans to apply for microfinance loans or grants and work with them on financial management.
- Coordinate Foster Care Family to support on emotion, solving problem, encouraging them to be positive parenting.
- Providing Training as needs.
- Perform other tasks as required by line Manager.
- Education:
- Degree in Psychology/Social Science/Social Work.
- Experience:
- At least 3-year experiences, preferably for an NGOs, in Social Work/ case management
- Previous experience managing and leading teams.
- Experience in training and workshop facilitation is preferred
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven ability in use of social work skills
- Understanding of the needs of traumatized clients
- Excellent relational skills, especially in a cross-cultural environment,
- Excellent Case management and record keeping skills.
- Understanding of Trauma Informed /Therapeutic Case Management
- High levels of attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to keep professional boundaries and address all personal issues.
- Ability to liaise professionally with other NGO’s and relevant Government Department.
