- Fix and install wooden furniture, fixtures, doors, and structures

- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials as required
- Inspect, repair, and replace damaged furniture and wooden structures
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Repair cooling system faults and malfunctions
- Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards
- Check refrigerant levels, pressure, and system performance
- Clean and replace AC components such as filters and coils
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
