Cargo Deputy Manager
Location: Phnom Penh International Airport
- Your mission is:
- To assist Cargo Manager for managing all day-to-day activities of Cargo Services operations.
- To take accountability for safety, resource management, strategics, operation standards, policy implementation and client relations.
- To develop key performance indicator (KPI) to measure quality of the services.
- To prepare and follow up the budget such as OPEX and CAPEX for Cargo Department.
- To monitor the manpower headcount & equipment for Cargo Department.
- Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Providing training and coaching to develop the staff competency within his/her qualification and expertise.
- Acting as the main point of contact with airlines, customers, customs, and other relevant authorities, representing the cargo team in public meetings, audits, and operational discussions to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Managing and ensuring employees comply with company rules and procedures and other authority requirements.
- Participating in disciplinary panel, conducting investigation and feedback on the incident/accident occurred
- Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.

- If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Management or related field.
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English.
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.…).
- At least 3-year experience in warehouse management, knowledge in aviation industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of cargo management system or similar platforms is preferrable
- Strong leadership, instructional, interpersonal skills.

Ramp Services Assistant Manager
Location: Phnom Penh International Airport
- Your mission is:
- To assist Ramp Services Deputy Manager for managing all day-to-day activities of Ramp Services operations;
- To take accountability for safety, resource management, operation standards, policy implementation and client relations.
- Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Adhering all times to the SOPs to ensure safety of staff, customer, equipment and aircraft;
- Acting as coordinator between CAMS and airline representatives and or other related service providers regarding apron activities, ramp staff;
- Managing and ensuring employees comply with company rules and procedures and other authority requirements;
- Providing training and coaching to develop the staff competency within his/her qualification and expertise;
- Conducting investigation and feedback on the incident/accident occurred and other Ramp related,
- Authorizing to take disciplinary action against misconduct of the staff from time to time;
- Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
- If you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field;

Fireman (19 Positions)
Location: Phnom Penh International Airport
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
Serving as a firefighter assigned to a crew engaged in aviation and structural rescue and firefighting operations and assist in reducing and/or eliminating potential fire hazards. When assigned, drives, and operates firefighting vehicles of significant complexity engaged in airfield and structural firefighting and crash-rescue operations. Within direction, operates sideline, extinguishes fire, rescues, and saves human lives, operates pumps, provides first aid, and performs other duties as required by superiors.
- If you are/have:
- Post High School Certificate, Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
- Minimum height: Female>160cm and Male >168cm;
- Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
- High degree of physical fitness and medical condition (will undergo strict medical examination process);
- Self-discipline, able to train rigorously with intense physical activities and work under pressure, stress, and emergency conditions;
- Motivated person for a career within a rescue and fire service;
