Position Circumstances

- Salary: $250 - $300 Negotiable + Based on Experience
Purpose of position: The staff coming from different areas will live in the Finally Home campus take care the children of Finally Home and supervise the daily activities of Finally Home operation.
Age: around 28–35 years old
Holidays: 2–4 Fridays per month (tentative)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keep under safe security, the records and files of the children living in Finally Home. Eg. medical information, progress reports.
- Report every month on the children’s progress in all areas.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for all children living at Finally Home. Safe practices, play, school levels, health practices etc.
- Ensure that ONLY the Finally Home Nurse ADMINISTERS MEDICINES TO THE CHILDREN.
- Oversee children “Responsibilities, conduct & duties” when away and not directly being supervised.
- Develop and enforce penalties for inappropriate behavior as well as rewards for good behavior
- Promote and oversee spiritual development through weekly church attendance and studies
- Maintain good relationships with all children, and working together other related staff to achieve the great outcome for high quality of child care as required
- Daily working environment with the creative ideas to upgrade the knowledge of morality, social life skills, building up the dignity life standard of children of Finally Home.
- Sunday Activities will require to attend as much as possible for morality and self-development skills
- Other related tasks will be assigned by the AMC leadership team
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- High commitment for education and love to work with children (Christian)
- High school graduated certificate (or higher)
- Willing to learn new things and be teachable
- Knowledge of both written and oral English.
- Good communication and partnership building skills.
- Computer literacy; MS Office and email.
