Cardiologist

Position Summary

Department: MEDICAL CLINICS

Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)

The working schedule shall be determined through mutual discussion and agreement between the doctor and Hebron Medical Center, taking into consideration both parties' needs and availability.

Are you passionate about providing excellent cardiovascular care while helping develop the next generation of healthcare professionals? We are seeking a dedicated Cardiologist to join our team at Hebron Medical Center.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide primarily outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care.
  • Provide inpatient cardiology consultation as needed.
  • Perform and interpret echocardiograms, ECGs, Holter monitors, and ABI testing when available.
  • Teach Family Medicine residents and Cardiology Fellows.
  • Assist in developing cardiology protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to strengthen cardiovascular services.
  • Participate in Christian activities such as Worship Service and Morning Devotion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Cardiology Fellow

Position Summary

Cardiology Fellow

Department: MEDICAL CLINICS

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate cardiology patients under the supervision of the attending Cardiologist.
  • Participate in outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations.
  • Learn to perform and interpret echocardiograms.
  • Develop competency in ECG, Holter monitor, and ABI interpretation when available.
  • Present patient cases during conferences and teaching sessions.
  • Assist with teaching Family Medicine residents and medical students when appropriate.

  • The staff member's work should be a full-time job.

Department: General Affairs

Working hours: Monday-Friday,7:30AM-12:30PM, 2:00PM-5:30PM (Lunch-break 12:30PM-2:00PM)

Hebron Medical Center exists to glorify God by providing excellent medical care while proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Evangelist/Chaplain serves as a member of the Spiritual Care team by sharing the Gospel, providing biblical encouragement, praying with patients and staff, and helping connect people with local churches for ongoing discipleship. The Evangelist/Chaplain also develops partnerships with churches, denominations, pastors, and Christian ministries to strengthen collaboration in Gospel ministry and patient follow-up. The Phnom Penh Evangelist/Chaplain works closely with hospital leadership to strengthen and expand the spiritual care ministry across the medical center.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Patient Ministry
  • Visit patients throughout the hospital and outpatient clinics.
  • Listen compassionately to patients and families.
  • Pray with patients and families as appropriate.
  • Share Bible stories and the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Provide biblical encouragement and counseling.
  • Follow up with patients expressing spiritual interest.
  • Refer interested individuals to local churches and discipleship opportunities.
  • Staff Ministry
  • Encourage and pray with hospital staff.
  • Participate in staff devotions, worship services, and spiritual formation activities.
  • Support Christian staff in living out their faith in the workplace.
  • Church & Partnership Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with local churches, denominations, pastors, and Christian ministry networks.
  • Develop partnerships that strengthen patient follow-up, discipleship, and Gospel ministry.
  • Represent Hebron Medical Center in meetings with churches and ministry partners as requested.
  • Encourage collaboration between Hebron Medical Center and local churches.
  • Ministry Development
  • Maintain appropriate records of ministry activities.
  • Participate in chaplain meetings and ongoing ministry development.
  • Assist with evangelistic events and special ministry opportunities organized by Hebron Medical Center.
  • Training
  • Successfully complete Chaplaincy Training at Hebron Medical Center (Phnom Penh) from September 10–20.
  • Complete the Samaritan’s Purse Heart of the Chaplain training as requested.
  • Participate in ongoing education and ministry training.

Marketing Officer

Position Summary

  • Produce media content including videos, photos, and promotional materials that communicate HMC’s mission and services.
  • Manage and grow HMC’s presence on social media platforms through regular content creation and engagement.
  • Explain HMC services and encourage appropriate referrals.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to communicate new programs, clinics, and outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in promoting fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
  • Support internal communication and assist in organizing events, visits, and community engagement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
