Car Driver
Position Circumstances

Location: Head Office
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide safe transportation for all passengers in the vehicle.
- Ensure all passengers are using their seat belts and respect all traffic laws.
- Ensure that all passengers are always treated in a respectful professional manner.
- Provide assistance with loading and unloading of the car.
- Transport any goods, communications, and messages for the project or project team as required.
- Transportation of all project visitors and beneficiaries as required by project management.
- Prepare fuel vouchers for all staff who use GNC motorbikes.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of all vehicles of the projects.
- Negotiate and maintain relations with petrol stations to obtain the most appropriate contract.
- Maintain vehicle log record daily, including date, mileage, and purpose of each trip.
- Check and maintain fuel, water, oil and tire pressure on a routine basis.
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaned daily, both inside and outside
- Ensure the vehicle is secured at all times.
- Adhere to GN code of conduct and be polite to all staff and stakeholders.
- Improve skills on computer use to be easy for log-sheet completion.
- Load or unload goods or materials in or from the vehicle
- Be close to the vehicle to be easy to staff who need to access the car.
- Be easy for phone access either on a working day or weekend.
- Other duties as directed by management staff.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
- At least working experience in safe driver for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Certificated of Bac II or related certificated
- Certificated of car license
Soft Skills
- Honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and willing to learn.
