Role Purpose:
To lead and manage all day-to-day camp operations, ensuring a safe, smooth, and high-quality experience for all guests.
Working Schedule: 6 days per week, flexible hours including weekends

- Guest Satisfaction ≥ 90%
- On-time execution ≥ 95%
- Cleanliness ≥ 90%
- Issue resolution within same day
- Daily Operations Management
- Oversee full daily operations of the camp
- Ensure all programs and activities run on time
- Coordinate across all departments

- Lead and supervise all on-site staff
- Conduct daily briefings

- Ensure positive guest experience
- Handle issues and complaints professionally

- Experience in operations (hotel, school, or camp) for 3 to 5 years

Assistant Gym Manager (Operations)

Working Hours: Full-Time (Morning & Flexible Shifts)
The Assistant Gym Manager (Operations) is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the gym, especially during morning hours. This role works closely with the Gym Manager and Head Coach to maintain high service standards, strong team coordination, and an excellent member experience.

- Oversee daily gym operations and ensure smooth opening procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of gym floor, locker rooms, and front desk
- Supervise front desk operations and member check-ins
- Assist with membership sales and walk-in tours
- Follow up on leads from social media and inquiries
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure staff punctuality and professionalism
- Handle customer concerns and maintain a positive gym environment
- Provide daily reports to Gym Manager (sales, attendance, issues, leads)
- Experience in gym, hospitality, or service operations for 2 years as a minimum
- Good communication skills (Khmer required, English preferred)
- Basic understanding of fitness environment is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Confident in handling customers and solving problems
