Cameraman (4 Positions)
Position Circumstances

Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri and Half Sat once or twice a month)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Shooting & Production
- Operate professional video cameras (mirrorless / DSLR / cinema cameras).
- Shoot indoor and outdoor video and photo content.
- Execute smooth camera movements (pan, tilt, zoom, tracking).
- Support educational and studio content recording.
- Collaborate with producers and editors regarding shot composition and angles.
- Equipment & Studio Management
- Prepare and test all equipment before shooting.
- Set up lighting, switcher, sound systems, and camera equipment.
- Maintain and clean all studio equipment.
- Report daily equipment condition to Team Leader.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues during production.
- Post-Shooting Responsibilities
- Review footage after filming.
- Copy and back up all recorded files.
- Ensure safe storage of media files.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with production team and teachers during shooting.
- Support other teams when required.
- Report progress, issues, or equipment damage to Cameraman Team Leader / Line Manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Work History:
- Experienced in film, media or relevant field is a plus for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven experience as camera operator
- Experience operating relevant equipment (cameras, cranes etc.)
- Excellent theoretical knowledge of filming and capturing footage
- Ability to understand and follow camera scripts
- Physical strength to carry heavy equipment and stamina
- Excellent color vision and hearing.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think and act quickly

Editor (3 Positions)
Position Circumstances

- Schedule:Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable
Cambodian national – Male or Female
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday and Half Saturday once or twice a month)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Video Editing
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content.
- Trim, cut, and arrange sequences for clarity and impact.
- Add visual effects, graphics, titles, subtitles, and sound elements.
- Perform basic color correction and audio adjustment.
- Ensure compliance with EBC branding and content guidelines.
- Revise edits based on feedback and deadlines.
- Educational & PD Support
- Support teachers during video recording (PD support).
- Prepare and review slides for filming (format, spelling, layout).
- Ensure content follows lesson plans and scripts.
- Platform & Technical Support (When assigned)
- Upload and manage lessons on LMS/CMS platforms.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Create, copy, backup, and restore courses.
- Support teachers and students with access issues.
- Assist in training teachers and students on platform usage.
- Graphic & Creative Support
- Design posters, banners, and digital materials.
- Create motion graphics and visual elements.
- Design 2D character mascots when required.
- Support 3D modeling and XR-related tasks when assigned.
- Collaboration & Additional Duties
- Collaborate with producers, cameramen, and content teams.
- Participate in innovation and creative development.

Languages:
- English - Good
Work History:
- At least experience as a video editor for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Basic Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Good command of English
