Cambodia QC Inspector for Sofa
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Conduct and document on-site quality inspections based on company's procedures and issue reports.
- Implement and supervise quality management tasks such as product rejects and customer complaints with team.
- Improve findings and implement appropriate actions for factories.
- Engage in cross functional project to support sample checking and product development.
- Conduct Social and Security Audit on factories under guidance from management.
- Handle and deliver on time reports for POs, weekly plan.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
- Work Experience:
- Knowledge of quality control/inspection of Furniture industry, and Sofa soft line specifically.
- Min 2 years work experience as from agent, buying office or manufacturer.
- Skills:
- Independent working style, good self-organizational skills
- Good English, both in spoken and written. Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Computer Skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong communication, problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Willing to travel domestically.
- Education Requirement:
- Bachelor degree from University/college background.
