Description: 

VVOB invites qualified coaches to support the implementation of its Shared Leadership Learning Trajectories for supervisors worldwide. The assignment focuses on providing high-quality individual coaching that enables supervisors to deepen their understanding of shared leadership, identify personal development priorities, and translate shared leadership principles into concrete actions within their teams. Coaches will deliver intake sessions and tailored coaching trajectories aligned with VVOB’s organisational vision and leadership frameworks. The initiative forms part of VVOB’s broader ambition to foster a sustainable culture of shared leadership across the organisation. Coaching trajectories will start in 2026, with opportunities for continued engagement through a multi-year framework agreement supporting future supervisors and leadership development initiatives. 

Expected start date: July 2026 

Budget: €80000 for 4 years, across a pool of 5 coaches (averaging €16000 per coach)
