Announcement Description

IT Academy STEP Institute Cambodia is implementing the project “LED – Sisters of Code Cambodia”, funded by the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED). The project empowers girls and young women by providing access to coding and digital education.

We invite qualified and independent audit firms to submit proposals to conduct the annual financial audit for the period 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025, in accordance with International Standard on Auditing (ISA 805).

Summary

Scope of Services

The auditor will independently review the project’s financial statements and ensure compliance with LED donor requirements by:

  • Verifying project income and expenses
  • Reviewing internal controls
  • Checking compliance with the LED Agreement of Cooperation and the budget
  • Validating financial documents and accounting practices
  • Preparing all required audit deliverables

Full Terms of Reference (ToR) will be provided as a separate attachment upon request.

Timeline

  • Audit period: 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025
  • Fieldwork conducted: February - March 2026
  • Final audit report due: 30 March 2026

Eligibility

  • Eligible firms must demonstrate:
  • Valid license and independence
  • Proven experience conducting ISA 805 audits
  • Strong track record with donor-funded NGO projects
  • Qualified team with independence and audit competence
  • Ability to complete the work within deadlines
