Announcement Description

Landell Mills International is managing a five-year communication and visibility contract aimed at enhancing the visibility of the European Union in Cambodia. To deliver high-quality content that effectively engages our target audiences, we seek to partner with a video production company to support the production of a series of videos on the EU's flagship investments in Cambodia, a part of the Global Gateway strategy.

Summary

Objective of the Assignment

The chosen supplier(s) will be tasked to produce compelling short-form videos, highlighting the EU values and impact stories from the EU investments, aligned with the Here With You pillar themes (Education, Clean Water and Environment).

Creative Concept

Project Title: Production Service – Here With You Social Show and Edutainment Video Production

The assignment consists of producing two complementary and interconnected video formats designed to engage Cambodian youth audiences through relatable storytelling and real-world exploration of thematic topics supported by the European Union.

The production shall combine the following:

  • A recurring Social Show format focused on youth engagement; and
  • An EU project-Based Edutainment format providing contextual exploration of themes introduced in the Social Show.

Both formats are equally integral components of the overall content system and must function as a coherent narrative ecosystem across EU digital channels.

Submission Requirements

How to Apply

Interested service providers shall follow a two-step submission process:

Step 1 – Expression of Interest (EOI):

Interested service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest Form (Annex 1) prior to the proposal submission deadline. Upon submission, they will receive complimentary campaign information to help them better understand the scope of work and the campaign.

The EOI should be sent to the indicated address with the subject line: [EOI – 2026 Video Production – Your Company Name].

Step 2 – Proposal Submission:

Only service providers who have submitted an Expression of Interest will be eligible to submit a full proposal. The complete Technical and Financial Proposal must be submitted no later than May 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM (Cambodia Time, GMT+7). Submission title: [2026 Video Production Submission – Company Name]

Information Session

Two (2) informational sessions will be organised for interested service providers. The Q&A session is optional but strongly encouraged.

These sessions will:

  • Present the scope of work
  • Clarify submission requirements
  • Provide opportunity for bidders to ask questions
