Landell Mills International is managing a five-year communication and visibility contract focused on enhancing the visibility of the European Union in Cambodia. To ensure we deliver high-quality content that effectively engages our target audiences, we are looking to partner with an out-of-home advertising service provider. This partner should specialise in brand awareness, campaign messaging, and event promotions.
The selected service provider will play a critical role in identifying and proposing strategic locations in Phnom Penh for out-of-home advertising assets, including bus shelters, city buses, and Tuk-Tuk ads. The proposal should encompass location selection, an implementation timeline, estimated costs, and a visual production strategy.
