Position Overview
Angkor Zipline Co., LTD is currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Call Center team in Siem Reap. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a leading adventure tourism company and provide outstanding service to customers from around the world.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about tours, bookings, and services
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting
- Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon)
Zipline Ranger (15 Positions)
Location: Diamond Island, Phnom Penh
Person required: 13 positions
Schedule:
- Morning shift: 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Location: Siem Reap

- Conduct safety briefings and inspect gear before each tour
- Operate and supervise zipline platforms and equipment

- Work closely with fellow rangers and team leaders
- Good English communication skills (essential for guest interaction)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

- Previous experience in outdoor recreation or adventure tourism is a bonus, but not required
