C&B Executive (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Coordinate with recruitment for the registration of newly hired employees.
- Prepare personnel file for new hires
- Check and update finger scan attendance daily
- Provide guidance on C&B to all employees
- Assist C&B team in managing the payroll system and HRIS;
- Maintain confidential records and to prepare reports from records;
- Develop and maintain personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.
- Record staff movement (transfer, promotion, change role) and ensure sign off by manager of all relevant document
- Ensure employee personal information are updated in HR system as well as in hard copy file
- Ensure the employee benefits are updated from time to time in the HR system
- Prepare employee status report and share to HR team as required
- Manage all kind of leave, attendance records and etc.
- Assist in recording all staff termination and resignation.
- Liaise with insurance agent and NSSF to process and follow up claim in case of staff’s accident when absence of Assistant Manager.
- Must be familiar with all the HR Policy and Procedures as well as Company internal rules and regulation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential Employee Personal files.
- Process Employee’s Labor Book, work permits and other labor law compliance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Admin and HR Manager.
- Bachelor degree graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least two year working experience in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledgeable in Cambodian Labor Law.
- Proficiency with commonly use Ms. Office, power point, Ms. Word and Excel.
- Sound understanding of compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good at communication skills.
Talent Acquisition and Performance Management Executive (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Talent Acquisition
- Assist to identify the job vacancy in each department and align it with the business plan of the company.
- Assist to verify the number of new hires against manpower planning of the respective department and make sure it is in manpower planning.
- Assist to prepare monthly recruitment report and submit it to Admin and HR Manager on 5th of every month.
- Assist to update current and design new recruiting procedure (Job Application and on-boarding process) to meet with company expectation.
- Assist to conduct interview for specific positions.
- Assist to keep track of recruiting record, for instance, duration to hire and cost to hire.
- Assist to explore the market best practice in recruitment and staffing and implement the appropriate method.
- Assist to establish orientation program for new hires and ensure that all new hires attend the course and from time to time, review and update the program following the business need.
- Assist to create and monitor all employees file both existing and resigned staff.
- Assist to issue the confirmation letter for new hires to confirm their continuous service with the company one week before completion of the period.
- Assist to build the company professional network through relationship with HR professional, colleges and other partners.
- Assist to occasionally, do research about the salary range offered by the competitor to ensure that we have offered attractive salary to employees according to their competency.
- Performance Management
- Assist to develop and update Performance Management System including process and evaluation forms.
- Assist to cooperate well with Head of Department to provide constructive feedback to employees once employee’s performance is unsatisfactory.
- Assist to conduct interview with staff who are going to be transferred or promoted.
- Assist to identify clear career path for employees based on their talent profile.
- Assist to document individual performance to support compensation and career planning decision.
- Assist to work with Compensation and Benefit section to clarify the request of staff for salary increment prior to submitting to the Admin and HR Manager.
- Assist to design the talent profile of individual and keep track of their career movement.
- Assist to verify the exit interview result and take appropriate action to address issues if any.
- Assist to analyze data from the form and produce monthly resignation report to understand the root cause.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Admin and HR Manager.
