Business Support and Marketing Officer
Contract type: Undetermined Duration Contract (UDC)
Location: Phnom Penh and traveling to provinces
Basic salary: Negotiable

Job Purpose
The Business Support and Marketing Officer will provide comprehensive support to the Business Development Manager and Communications and Local Fundraising Specialist in promoting the business, managing daily requirements from the website job announcement, contacting clients and partners, organizing meetings and networking events, and preparing marketing and training materials.
- Marketing Promotion:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the business.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Client and Partner Communication:
- Contact clients and partners to schedule meetings and networking events.
- Maintain a database of client and partner contacts and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and send out meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up emails.
- Material Preparation:
- Prepare marketing materials for various campaigns and events.
- Develop training materials for internal and external training sessions.
- Ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, client communication, and administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
