Business Development Salesman for Medical Devices
Salary range: 400-3000usd include bonus
We are seeking an active and responsible Business Development Salesman to develop our medical device business in Cambodia. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in company early stage, help managing business operating, developing and driving growth in the Cambodian market.

- Manage, train, and supervise the sales team
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate business performance
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and quality of products/services
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for upper management
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors, and propose improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a business management or equivalent role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency in office software and CRM tools
- High sense of responsibility, proactive, and creative in problem-solving
