Business Development Officer
Report to : Management Team (CEO)
Office Location: Khan Sen Sok.
Overview:
A Business Development Officer (BDO) plays a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for a company. S/he is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
- Build good relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Attend events and conferences to network with potential clients.
- Provide valuable insights and solutions to address client challenges. Maintain regular contacts with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Manage Debt Financing Operations
- Prospect new clients and assist them on loan applications. Conduct loan appraisal and collect detailed information.
- Manage and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loans.
- Monitor loans and follow up to ensure timely repayments. Ensure full compliance with all policies & procedures.
- Monitor Fund Collection
- Follow up on fund collection.
- Prepare and maintain filing system of fund record. Prepare and manage required paperwork.
- Research and develop business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis of market, competition, industry trend, regulatory and legal framework, etc.
- Conduct research and analysis of growth potential for existing and new products.
- Work with team to develop new products, services, and investment proposals.
- Other tasks will be assigned by CEO and Management Team.
- Bachelor’ s degree (preferably master’s degree) in banking & finance or accounting or business related.
- Minimum three years of experience in business development or related field with commercial bank, microfinance, investment firm, or real estate development business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis. Able to work independently under tight deadlines. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
