Position Summary

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Department: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Reports to: Associate Director

Performance Evaluation: Associate Director

General description:

The Business Development Manager supervises and controls all strategic and business aspects of the Waterbridge Education portfolio. As such the BDM is leading the development of the Company’s short and long-term strategies with a view to creating business value. He is responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. The goal of the BDM is to drive the company’s development and guide it toward long-term success with the achievement of yearly financial growth, both strategic and implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Development Planning
  • Planning and conceptualizing innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business by keeping tabs on the competition, to be an advanced and outstanding brand in the market.
  • Led to prepare the yearly planning of e year.
  • Completing and implementing the blueprint of the existing 5-year investment plan.
  • Market Analysis
  • Mapping the direct and indirect competitors
  • Develop strategic plans and action plans
  • Identifying and penetrating the new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimizing revenue and taking care of Public Relations and branding activities
  • Working on generating new leads, mapping sectors, targeting potential enrollments, and sales, and attracting potentially qualified teachers/key people and staff
  • Budget Planning
  • Led the related team to create the budget for annual expenses by balancing between expenses and income
  • Brand Awareness, Branding & Marketing
  • Attracting new students/customers by preparing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and implementing them in coordination with the branding concepts of the business and competitor’s intelligence.
  • Sales/Enrollments
  • Developing competitive sales/enrollments strategies for deeper market penetration
  • Executing an overall business plan to lead generation and meet revenue targets
  • Presenting the business to potential clients through direct and indirect communications including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, telephone call and emails.
  • Possessing drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales/enrolments opportunities are captured and explored
  • Relation Building
  • Implementing effective strategies to impress our customers and reinforce trust
  • Responsible for creating the culture and identity of each business, identifying, securing, and managing relationships with an organization outside and inside of the company that helps other key functions of the company achieve their respective goals
  • Working closely with the management team to make sure that there is a high-quality standard of products and to maintain its standards
  • Collaborating and supporting all departments
  • BDM is part of the leadership team, support and inputs from BDM in other areas are expected

  • New Potential Business
  • Looking for new potential new business and doing analysis on a new potential investment, and advise the SDO with regards to investment risk and return
  • Research and Development
  • Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure business survival and growth
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets, and industries and producing a strategic plan to upgrade the products and service
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Prior experience working at a professional service company is an advantage;
  • Prior experience working in a multicultural workplace is an advantage;
  • Prior Hospitality and Education-related work experience or knowledge is an advantage; and
Soft Skills
  • Friendly and approachable, with good people skills.

Position Summary

The position is for Khmer Literature

Department: ACADEMIC

  • Report to: NPSY Coordinator/ NPSY Principal
  • Performance Evaluation: NPSY Coordinator/ NPSY Principal

General description:

Secondary Subject Teachers are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in their subject area, in alignment with the school’s academic standards and curriculum. They are expected to foster a supportive and disciplined learning environment, ensure student safety and well-being, and contribute actively to the broader goals of the school.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement subject-specific course outlines, unit plans, and weekly lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated, and student-centered lessons to promote active learning and critical thinking.
  • Design and administer various formative and summative assessments to evaluate and support student progress.
  • Maintain effective classroom management to foster a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student development.
  • Participate in academic meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and the development of school programs.
  • Uphold school policies and ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all students.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the NPSY Principal or Programme Coordinator.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in Education or in the relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, History).
Work History:
  • Teaching experience in a public or private secondary school setting for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Able to speak and write English at a medium level of proficiency.
  • Teaching license or certification is highly desirable.
  • Holds a valid Pedagogy Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS).
  • Proficient in basic digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills
  • Familiarity with national or international curriculum standards is an asset.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Clean criminal background check and full COVID-19 vaccination required.
