We are based in Cambodia and also have team members contributing remotely from overseas. Duties

Develop content and sales copy for web based sales funnels
Respond to customer inquiries across various channels and various stages of the sales process
Understand customer needs and align product and service offerings to match providing relevant and useful information to clients during the sales process
Develop sales proposals and administer the sales process to contract execution
Work closely with clients and their teams to understand product/need fit and work with the product team to improve products and services
Refine the sales process and approach through continuous improvement practices to maximise results
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Keep records of pipelines, sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Manage and maintain the CRM system
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

Interest and knowledge in digital transformation, enterprise IT and/or Scrum Agile
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Experience working with Scrum, Agile and/or Jira project management tools is a plus
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24 etc)
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
