THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Overall purpose for hiring this intern:
The purpose of hiring this intern is to provide essential logistical and administrative support to the Resource Acquisition Unit (RAU) across various stages of proposal development. The intern will play a role in coordinating travel arrangements, organizing and managing meeting logistics, handling document printing, and ensuring timely delivery of letters with partners and governmental ministries. This position offers the intern valuable opportunities for skill development, professional growth, and hands-on experience in logistical and administrative support for proposal development, while contributing to the smooth arrangements of field assessments, workshops, and start-up activities.

- Travel arrangements for field assessment
- Prepare meeting invitations, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Arrange and confirm meeting logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering services (design workshops/meetings and consultation workshops)
- Print relevant proposal documents (if any) Support in arranging the delivery of letters to relevant partners and governmental ministries

- Assist the Resource Acquisition Unit (RAU) with other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the RAU team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling proposal information REQUIREMENTS
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Undergraduate Degree in 3rd or 4th year university student in the field of Business Administration, Social Work, Community Development, International Studies or related fields
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Fluent in Khmer and good in English in both spoken and written
