Position Summary Duration: 4 months
Overall purpose for hiring this intern:
The purpose of hiring this intern is to provide essential logistical and administrative support to the Resource Acquisition Unit (RAU) across various stages of proposal development. The intern will play a role in coordinating travel arrangements, organizing and managing meeting logistics, handling document printing, and ensuring timely delivery of letters with partners and governmental ministries. This position offers the intern valuable opportunities for skill development, professional growth, and hands-on experience in logistical and administrative support for proposal development, while contributing to the smooth arrangements of field assessments, workshops, and start-up activities.
Expectation of the learning
At the end of the period, the intern would have learned:
- Skill development and professional growth:
- Skill enhancement in logistics and administrative tasks
- Exposure to proposal development processes
- Participation in workshops and meetings, gaining insights into project start-up
- Mentorship and guidance
- Regular feedback and mentorship from experienced team members to support personal and professional growth
- Hands-on experience in coordinating and managing various aspects of project proposal development logistics and administration
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in 3rd or 4th year university student in the field of Business Administration, Social Work, Community Development, International Studies or related fields
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Fluent in Khmer and good in English in both spoken and written
