Position – Business Development Executive (Tank Container & Chemical Logistics)

Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)

- Acquisition of new business from new customers and existing customers, aligned with targets, including but not limited to:
- Special tanks transport & related services on roundtrips.
- One way standard (T11) tank agency transport
- Dry bulk transport
- Liquid gas (T75) tank transport & related services
- Compressed gas (T50) transport & related services
- Corrosive product that needs lined tanks transport & related services
- Temperature controlled tanks transport & related services
- One stop service for chemical customers, covering full range of services including FCL, LCL, Airfreight, road transport, customs processing, storage & distribution
- Develop the market plan country wide. Provide an overview of the market potential, categorized by the different services
- Execute the sales and marketing function.
- Enabling the sales success and ensure sales targets are met
- Organize and maintain sales reports, forecast and budget
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams within the Ben Line network on commercial activities, opportunities and onboarding new business.
- Support tender management.
- Implement full use of BLA systems and tools.
- Accountable for identifying and executing upselling opportunities.
- Support other countries sales and tank principal visits in the country and the development of business in other countries which is decided or influenced in the country.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Min “O”/ Diploma / BSc Degree in Business / Management / Shipping / Logistics
- Commercial drive and ability to engage with customers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Empathic personality.
- Key Account management skills
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to present solutions, value added services.
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Experience Minimum 3 years leadership role in freight forwarding experience or chemical logistics.
- Chemical vertical customer relationships
- Proven track record of managing teams across the country.
- Tank container experience.
- Knowledge: Deep chemical logistics market knowledge required.
- Proactive with a commercial view
- Ambitious, result oriented.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organizer.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellence with strong focus on customer centric service excellence.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required
Senior Sales Representative

Position – Senior Sales Representative

- Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers by qualifying leads and converting into sales.
- Focus on increasing the volume of shipments and expanding service offers to customers.
- Provide regular updates to the management on pipeline progress, sales forecasts and market development within assigned lanes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any).
- Communicate with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Two- or three years’ experience in a similar role
- Able to work as a team

Position – Sales & Marketing Executive

Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)

- Finding new potential customers and meeting with customers frequently.
- Keeping customers updated with new/changed service, schedule, rate, surcharges etc.
- Analyzing reports and carrying out market research to find new prospects.
- Preparing weekly + monthly report to Managers.
- Sending sales leads to Principles and oversea agents & follow up.
- Communicating with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.
- Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any).
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Good English.
- Bachelor degree
- One- or two-years’ experience in a similar role
- Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
