Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Business Development Responsibilities:
- Assist in client base, writing business proposals, managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain and regularly update reports on clients and projects, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally, identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
- Assist in the organization and execution of promotional campaigns and events.
- Perform cross-functional tasks and cover responsibilities of other team members as needed to support Aquarii's business operations.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Business Operations Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the bookkeeping and tax agent to ensure timely and compliant monthly tax filings and bookkeeping.
- Prepare, track, and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accounting and tax purposes.
- Manage financial transactions, including bill payments, invoice processing, and payroll through internet banking
- Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating service contracts.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, Media and Communication, or a relevant field.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping processes, and tax filing requirements is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
